Works really bad

Works really bad
Have now a month and has already visited someone 3 times to see what is wrong with it works behind it, but it is only for a while.
Is not supposed to work only half the time
I need it for work and for the kids but if always wait and see if it works pfffff
I will call back later to fix it and if it continues I will throw outside and go to Orange !!!!
