I had a mixed experience with Serene Journeys. While the itinerary they created for me was good, there were some hiccups along the way. The tour guide assigned to us was not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested. However, the staff at the office was extremely helpful and tried their best to resolve any issues we encountered. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend them with some reservations.
