In the 28 years I have been in business as a Contractor I have never had such a terrible time dealing with a Company concerning claim repairs on a homeowners property as I have with LoanCare LLC. Their Customer Service is a joke. No return calls, constant promises - not kept, complete incompetence with communication and failure to release claims funds after very delayed inspections. AN EXTREMELY UN PROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!
