I would have to say that even a one star is being generous when it comes to rating this company. I have rented from this company in the past and I have a lot of friends who have found themselves in the unfortunate predicament of renting from this company as well. It takes roughly 20-30 phone calls to even get one person to pick of their phone. I had to resort to calling the office managers direct number which I found on the website so I could actually talk to someone. They are very bad at calling people back in a timely manner. They are also very bad at getting a task completed when they say they will. Regardless of the circumstances if you say you will do something then it needs to be done by the time your company and its representatives originally say it would be done.

I would never suggest this company to anyone again. They rob you of your security deposit. They also charge you for rent from the 25th to the end of the month when you aren't allowed to stay in the unit. Worst management I've ever worked with. They aren't very good at keeping people up to date on their policies and they do not have good customer service.
