Room had 1 double in instead of a twin set up.

After suggesting for 90 mins to split they beds they wouldn't agree so went out the hotel for food as the buffet is appalling got back to room housekeeping had been in changed the bed combination and also emptied my daughters purse
Stained something on the bathroom floor
And if you need a handrail in the bath tough luck they've taken it out
