I had a mixed experience with Fyi - intercambios e viagens ltda. Although the staff was friendly, I felt that some important information was not provided upfront. This caused some inconvenience during my trip. However, they were quick to resolve the issues and offered compensation. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better communication from them.
