If I could give a zero star, I would! This is how bad the service was! We ordered over $100 worth of food at 6:55pm. After about 40 minutes since we ordered, we got a phone call asking us if we planned on adding a tip and if it should have been added to our visa payment. We said that we will give a cash tip to the driver. After waiting, and waiting, and waiting we called to inquire about the delay. We were told that the driver had 2 other deliveries and that we were put last for the delivery because we didn't include the tip on our visa bill. By this time it was 8:45p.m. We requested to cancel our order, the person who answered said that he wouldn't refund and hanged up. We called back, he wouldn't answer, called, and called, and called. Finally the driver arrives. We tell him that we didn't want the food and that we are cancelling the order. He swore at us and walked away. We are fighting the transaction with visa. What horrible service
