Buying a property could be is a very stressful process, but when working with Tad from Nugent and Ground firm my the experience was totally different. I have nothing but good remarks about the professionalism, dedication, availability and knowledge about their subject.
From the beginning until the day my wife and I were signing the closing, the staff was there every step of the way.
Communication-wise my experience was superb, email were always promptly responded with clear and wise information, text msgs were very important and they were always on point and phone calls were on time and available even on weekend (which is something I try to avoid as much as possible, because I understand others also have family), but when it was needed, weekday or weekend, I felt no difference.
Nothing is perfect in life but God, but if my experience was to grade perfection in a buying process, Nugent and Ground people definitely represent the closest ranking to perfection.
I wish nothing but the best for their willingness and dedication to my wife and I as customers.
