I had a mixed experience with Electroparts ltd. Some aspects of their service were good, while others were not up to par. The website was easy to navigate and find the products I needed. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and the packaging was damaged upon arrival. I had to go through a hassle to get a replacement. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
