Hope Cramer and the staff at the east clinic are the most attentive, caring and flexible care facilities I have ever had the pleasure of rehabbing with. She gives the kind of unique care to each patient that is desperately needed across all health care fields as a whole. Hope takes the time to visit with each patient and gets to know them personally allow the patient and provider experience to be meaningful. If I had to say one word describing my time at the east clinic it would be trust. I trusted Hope, I trusted that she would give me the best care and most up to date care that is available in Manhattan. I trusted that she would work with my schedule, and I trusted that she cared about my general well being. 10/10 recommend this facility and this therapist to anyone in the Manhattan area that is seeking a comprehensive, trusted and caring rehabilitation.
