I have been a customer of Thom K Hall Financial Group for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they have a decent range of financial products, I find their customer service to be lacking. The representatives are not always responsive and do not seem to understand my needs. Additionally, their website is not user-friendly and can be difficult to navigate. Overall, I would rate them as average.
