I'm giving them a five because of the people that at the end of our situation stepped up to help us out and resolve issues with our vehicle. The battery was dying they diagnosed it as a bad battery on a vehicle that we had for 6 weeks and once the battery was replaced the issue persisted. In the meantime some of the folks tried to make us feel like we didn't know what we were doing. But at the end of the day the issue is in the process of being resolved.
