I recently visited a coffee shop in downtown Houston, and I must say, I was very impressed. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the coffee was delicious. But what really stood out to me was the attention to detail in the brewing process. The baristas were knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and it really showed in the quality of the coffee. I tried a pour-over and a latte, and both were excellent. I will definitely be returning to this coffee shop in the future.
