While working there, I noted a misinformation to a client for a compressor swap. I reported that the compressor was under warranty which means the compressor cost was covered, but labor would be charged. I was told not not say a f)$&@ing word to the customer as it was bid out at full cost, and to replace the compressor. An unfortunate and shameful incident. I hope management looked into it and refunded the clients money. I seriously doubt it will happen though.
