I recently tried out a class at Alchemy of Movement and was thoroughly impressed. The instructors were inspiring and provided clear instructions throughout the session. The atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive, and I felt comfortable stepping out of my comfort zone. The studio is conveniently located too. I highly recommend giving Alchemy of Movement a try!
