I recently booked a vacation with Glenztur and it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth, but the customer service could have been better. They were not very responsive to my queries and it took a while to get a satisfactory response. The actual vacation itself was good, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience.
