We have had several positive experiences with Direct Buy so this rating is directly related to this one experience. Direct Buy recommended Quality Canadian Home Improvements for our roof. They did our roof in Nov 2015. They left a hole which caused 1141.30 inside damage. They came back to fix the hole in January 2016 and agreed to pay for the inside work. They will not pay due to an invoicing error by the contractor. He put an HST number on his invoice without the number. This has nothing to do with us. We are out the money and Direct Buy has not responded to our complaint.
