I recently had the opportunity to go through the restorative justice process with the amazing team at St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice. The facilitators were empathetic and skilled in guiding the conversation towards healing and understanding. Through this process, I was able to gain insights into the impact of my actions and work towards repairing the harm caused.
