While they offer a wide range of products and have a user-friendly website, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slower than expected, and the agents seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. Additionally, I encountered some technical glitches while navigating their website. Overall, my experience with Rakuten Americas was mediocre at best.
