I have been a customer of Imagination for several years and I must say that their services are average. While they do deliver what they promise, I feel that there is room for improvement. The website is not very user-friendly and it can be quite frustrating to navigate through. The customer support is also just average, as sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say that Imagination is an okay company, but there are definitely better options out there.
