I had such a great experience at Sumits hot yoga Springfield! The instructors were all so knowledgeable and encouraging. The studio itself was clean and well-maintained. The classes were challenging but also enjoyable. I loved the variety of classes offered, from heated power flow to restorative yoga. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a positive and invigorating yoga practice.
