As a customer of Statechoice insurance, I can confidently say that their service is average. I have been with them for a couple of years now, and while I have not had any major issues, I haven't had any exceptional experiences either. The rates they offer are competitive, but the customer service could be improved. Overall, I would say they are an okay insurance company.
