As a customer, I had some mixed experiences with the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. While the academic programs were satisfactory, I faced some administrative issues during my admission process. The staff was helpful in resolving them eventually, but the initial inconvenience was frustrating. I hope the university focuses on enhancing their administrative processes.
