I used a company for an event and they did an okay job. The team was professional and efficient in delivering the services I needed. However, I felt that there were certain areas that could have been improved upon. The website provided all the necessary information, but it lacked a personal touch. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but not exceptional.
