Very displeased with our service, or complete lack...

Very displeased with our service, or complete lack thereof. People who came in after us were given lanes, and after an hour of waiting while the kids pumped tons of change into the arcade games, we were told that we couldn't get our two lanes because league was starting in an hour and a half... We won't be back.
