The quality of the food is fine, but communication is hard to find from the head office. You can only send a ticket and don't get to speak to anyone personally. Got message your order will be delivered around so late, long story short no delivery. Suddenly looked in my mail and had received an email hours before that the order was canceled. This order was for other people, long story short Sinterklaas evening 20 families had nothing tasty on the table. In the 2nd round it did arrive but more than 2 hours later than the app indicated.
The deliverers also encounter this, unfortunately they receive the full load from customers, while the problem is higher. It is not the fault of the delivery staff, they are friendly and helpful.
