As a local pool technician and contractor servicing the Houston area since 2004, I can t give enough admiration and respect to both David Snelling and David Castle. Mr. Snelling is a true leader that demands a lot from his crew to provide one of the absolute best pool professional services to his customers. As a man his integrity, leadership and work ethic is second to none. The fact that a competitor would take the time to write this review is all you need to know about this company. Our industry sadly is getting destroyed by independent contractors with limited experience effecting all of our credibility and making our job that much more difficult. The large operations are hiring people willing to work for close to nothing and marking up cheap inferior product lines to the same price and even higher in some cases than the premier Pentair and Jandy lines. David Castle I ve always said should be working at NASA. I m an APSP Tech 11, CPB1, TDLR licensed journeyman that has fixed thousands of problem pools in the Houston area for over 16 years now. But as a pool technician we have to be an engineer, plumber, electrician, chemist and mechanic all rolled into one. I still see something at least once per week that I haven t seen before. David Castle is who the experts call when we encounter a head scratcher with the more advanced chemical feeder, control systems,etc especially on the commercial side. That s all you need to know about Olympic Pools and Spas. Both these men the rare and exceptional pool and spa professional I strive to be every day.
