Somebody broke my lock and stole my wallet from the Men's locker. The thiefs seemed to know what they were doing. Used the credit cards within 20 minutes of the incident. The report is filed with Charlotte Mcklenburg. If I am right this is systematic and people should be on alert.

CAC does not have any protocol to deal with this. And if they do, the staff is very unprepared.
