I joined Boxing One On One LLC a few months ago and it's been a great experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and the workouts are always challenging but fun. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and the classes are never overcrowded. I've seen improvement in my strength and endurance since joining.
