I had a mixed experience at the Lotus Grand Hotel....

I had a mixed experience at the Lotus Grand Hotel. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the customer service left something to be desired. Some staff members were helpful, while others seemed disinterested. Overall, it was an average stay.
