I must admit, I had a bit of a mixed experience with The Hair Affair. While the stylist did a decent job on my hair, I felt that the overall service was lacking. The salon itself was clean, but the staff seemed a bit indifferent and not very friendly. I expected better customer service considering the prices. It was an average experience for me.
