CUSTOMER: The loan application process with this microenterprise loan fund was lengthier than anticipated. I had to provide numerous documents, which became a bit cumbersome. Despite that, they were able to fulfill my financial needs, and their rates were reasonable. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
