As a longtime customer of Northwestern Electric Cooperative, Inc., my experience has been mixed. While their rates are reasonable, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. There have been instances where my concerns were not adequately addressed, and it took multiple attempts to get the assistance I needed. However, they have been generally reliable in providing electricity to my home.
