Russell's Miga was very filling. Although there is no meat in this dish, the combination of potatoes and egg garnished with light salsa hinted at Texas's spanish culture. Comes with your choice of flour or corn tortilla! The home local brewed coffee (drip) was rich. I went on a Saturday so it wasn't packed and the service was quick from start to finish.
