Although I had high expectations, my experience at Emergent VR Encounter was quite disappointing. The customer service was just average and the overall VR encounters did not meet my expectations. I was expecting more immersive and realistic experiences, but unfortunately, they fell short. The location is convenient and the equipment is modern, but I was not impressed with the selection of experiences. I hope they can improve in the future to deliver a truly excellent VR encounter.
