Everyone from the sales team to billing team makes sure you're a criminal when billing issues arise.

The whole team has been widely unhelpful in streamlining their billing process and have outlandish fees associated with late payments. I have no problem with billing concerns and outstanding payments requiring extra attention but the way the whole team approaches this leaves a really bad taste in my mouth of how this operation is run

No calls were ever made to me or our billing department regarding any overdue payments or setting up a process to earn our business and ensuring smooth transition as a new customer. I'd strongly suggest thinking twice before on-boarding Mike Albert Fleet Solutions considering the other companies that exist in the market. Something as simple as the billing department being this fragmented tells me theres lots of other red flags that exist as well.
