I had an average experience with Drug Safety Navigator, LLC. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, it was just an okay experience.
