I absolutely love AKT! The website aktinmotion.com is so easy to navigate and provides all the information you need. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the instructors are amazing. I always leave feeling energized and accomplished. I am so glad I found AKT and I can't wait to continue my fitness journey with them!
