I had an average experience with 360 & 5. Although their website is easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries and they weren't very helpful. The overall quality of their products is decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
