A very unpleasant experience. Not only did I have to ask for the ordered goods myself (no one contacted me within a week after the order so that I could pick up the order), I did not receive any confirmation of the pick-up, I had to run and look for them when I arrived to pick them up. Since I ordered the goods from the Omnitex, I went to look for the Omnitex, where I was met by an extremely unpleasant elderly woman who behaved disrespectfully, could not normally explain why I could not get the goods I ordered from Omnitex, just told me to go to the different and has nothing to do with the name of the e-shop from which I bought. According to the woman, I had to somehow know it was their store and they have nothing to do with orders.

A Omniteks representative spoke to me and apologized for the whole situation. It s nice to know you re going to fix and improve. Also, thank you for the gift.
