As a customer, I would rate Hugo & cat as average. The company website, hugoandcat.com, was easy to navigate and the overall user experience was satisfactory. However, I felt that the customer service could be improved. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. I believe that Hugo & cat has the potential to provide a better customer experience if they focus on improving their communication and response time.
