I have been a customer of Grupo mallo for several years now and I can confidently say that they provide an average service. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they lack knowledge about certain products. Overall, it's an okay company to do business with.
