I was really disappointed with my experience at Atmananda yoga studio. The classes were lackluster and didn't offer anything new or exciting. The instructors seemed disinterested and didn't provide much guidance or support. The studio itself felt cold and unwelcoming. Overall, it was a negative experience and I would not recommend this studio.
