I recently had the opportunity to work with a creative solutions company based in the UK/EU and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The company's website provided a clear overview of their services and expertise, making it easy for me to understand how they could assist me. Communication with the team was average; they were responsive but could have been more proactive in providing updates.

In terms of the quality of their work, it was satisfactory. They delivered the project on time and met the outlined requirements, but there were a few areas where I felt the end result could have been more polished.
