Bed was comfortable! The night we checked in the lady was very nice! I kept hearing something and with the weather I thought it was the rain on the outside hitting the air condition. Our second day we spent the day at Dollywood & the next exploring the area. When I was packing for us to checkout I noticed my $50 (James Charles Makeup Pallet) was soaking wet! When we went to checkout we told the man at the desk & he didn t seem like he cared at all. Kinda frustrated but what can I do? Room 117 is the room!
