I have had an average experience with Smartinteractions.com. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, the company is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
