I had a mixed experience with Unigroup Relocation. While the packing and moving process itself went fine, there were some issues with the communication. It took a few calls and emails to get a response from their customer service team. However, once the move was underway, the movers did a good job and everything arrived at my new place without any damages. Overall, it was an average experience.
