I had to go to the doctors office to get them to respond to the 3 refill request for on going meds. My mother is elderly and her meds haven't changed. The pharmacy states that they sent refill request 3 times with no response. The doctors office blames myself for not calling them five days in advacesince when do you have to call the doctors office. They tell you to call your pharmacy. Sloppy work
