From the moment we walked into Subaru Penrith we were greeted In a warm professional way by Brendon. Even though every sales person was busy, we were greeted and told someone would be with us shortly. We were happy to look around and then Brendon, true to his word come back. He allowed us to take our time to
Look over the car. We left, looked around at other cars and dealers and went back the next day and took the car we were potentially going to purchase on a test drive. We still hadn t made up our minds and again no typical sales pressure from Brendon. He was just so helpful with all our questions. He made us feel comfortable. I d been searching for 6 months for my first ever brand new car (I think my husband hated me) A few days later, after some more research, I decided I found the car I wanted and my husband went back and seen Brendon and we believe we got us a great deal. Waiting for the car to arrive was seemless with Cindy and Brendon both keeping us up to date. On handover due to our busy schedule Brendon was on a day off so Luke happily helped us, he explained everything we needed to know and also was helpful. Based in a retail business myself, I understand the importance of good customer service and frankly I shop based on this. I d recommend Subaru Penrith to anyone. I just hope their after sales service matches, time will tell but I m feeling confident at the moment.
