🧬 Finally decided to try out DNA testing and chose this company after some research. The website was easy to navigate and had clear instructions for ordering the kit. It arrived within a reasonable timeframe and the packaging was secure. The process of collecting the DNA sample was straightforward and the kit provided clear instructions on how to do it. However, the waiting time for the results was longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. When I finally received the results, they were informative but lacked in-depth analysis. The report provided some general insights about my genetic traits but failed to give specific recommendations or personalized details. Overall, the experience was okay, but I expected more from the company, especially given the price. The customer service was responsive, though, and they addressed my concerns promptly when I contacted them. 🏷️
